Welcome to a space where healing begins with presence, care, and deep connection. My name is Fiona, and I offer slow, deeply nurturing bodywork rooted in my training at the Esalen Institute. These sessions are a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself—body, mind, and spirit. Each 2-hour session is intuitively guided and may include: • Deep, flowing touch to release tension and restore balance • Nervous system support through grounded, mindful presence • Cranial Sacral therapy and subtle energy work • Sound healing and breathwork, if desired My touch is safe, caring, and nurturing. I hold space for you to reconnect, release, and allow your body to begin its own healing process. Through presence and intuitive touch, I support the movement of energy—helping you open, realign, and return to balance. I offer only 2-hour sessions because meaningful healing unfolds gradually. Your body needs time to ground, relax, and feel safe—so it can gently open and fully benefit from the experience. This is a deeply intentional practice rooted in care and connection. Rate: $345 for a 2-hour session Sessions are by appointment only. Outcalls available for returning clients. Draping is always required. I create and hold a safe, sacred space for healing. I maintain clear, respectful boundaries and do not tolerate any inappropriate behavior or inquiries of an unprofessional nature.
